🤝 Supported 1:1 Conversations (Mediation)
When tensions arise between two people at work—whether it's peers, supervisor-employee, or collaborators on a project—things can spiral quickly. Avoidance, miscommunication, and resentment can take root fast.
That’s where I come in.
As a neutral third party, I facilitate one-on-one workplace mediation sessions that create space for clarity, compassion, and resolution. We’ll surface what’s not working, rebuild mutual understanding, and co-create next steps.
This service is ideal when:
Communication has broken down between colleagues
You need a structured way to address workplace tension
You’re HR or management trying to support two team members without taking sides
What’s included:
Pre-session check-ins with each party
A facilitated 90-minute conversation
Follow-up recommendations or referrals
🗣️ Meeting Facilitation
We’ve all been in that meeting—the one where the agenda disappears, time slows down, and somehow nothing actually gets decided.
I provide neutral meeting facilitation for organizations navigating:
Difficult or high-stakes discussions
Competing agendas or perspectives
Strategic planning or consensus-building
Ongoing cross-functional collaboration
As a skilled external facilitator, I help your group stay grounded, respectful, and focused on outcomes—whether you're hashing out tough decisions or trying to align divergent viewpoints.
Clients include: nonprofits, associations, collaboratives, academic departments, government agencies, and small businesses
💬 1:1 Conflict Coaching
Let’s be real: even the most self-aware professionals struggle with confrontation.
If you’ve ever rehearsed a conversation 17 times in your head but still avoided it entirely, coaching might be for you.
In these private coaching sessions, we’ll unpack the conflict you’re facing, explore your personal patterns, and equip you with skills to show up with courage and clarity. You'll leave with real tools—not just pep talks.
Conflict coaching can help you:
Prepare for an upcoming hard conversation
Address a long-standing workplace tension
Learn to regulate your nervous system before, during, and after conflict
Speak up without blowing up
Sessions are fully personalized and confidential.
🧠 Conflict Skills Workshops
Most of us weren’t taught how to handle conflict—we just wing it.
That’s why I offer customized conflict resolution workshops that give teams the tools they need to navigate difficult conversations and prevent unnecessary escalation.
These workshops are:
Interactive and practical (no boring slides, I promise)
Designed to reflect your team’s real-life dynamics
Rooted in trauma-informed communication and adult learning best practices
Popular workshop topics include:
Conflict styles and common traps
How to prepare for a difficult conversation
Setting boundaries and giving feedback
Creating a culture of psychological safety
Workshops are available virtually or in person.

Great question. If you’re navigating tension between two people, mediation (Supported 1:1 Conversations) is often best. If you’re facing conflict yourself and want tools, 1:1 coaching may be more useful. If your whole team is involved—or you want to prevent future issues—facilitation or training might be a better fit. You can always book a free call to talk it through.

I’ve worked with nonprofits, government agencies, co-ops, startups, academic institutions, and everything in between. I especially love working with values-driven teams, mission-based organizations, and places where people are trying to build something better together—but keep hitting communication snags.
-
Nope! While conflict coaching is often therapeutic in feel, it’s not therapy. Coaching focuses on the present and future—what’s happening now, what you’re learning, and how you want to show up differently moving forward. I often work alongside therapists for folks dealing with trauma-informed conflict patterns.

I don’t do scripts or one-size-fits-all answers. My style is relational, trauma-informed, and deeply human. I’ve studied facilitation, somatic communication, and systems thinking—and I bring all of that to the table. But more than anything, I’m interested in helping you find your own voice in conflict.

This is so common. Many people seek out my services as individuals, even when their organization isn’t fully on board. That’s okay. You can still build your own skills, get support, and model a different way of approaching conflict—and sometimes that’s what shifts the culture over time.
