Future-Focused Conflict Coaching

You deserve to be heard and understood—fully and without pressure.

Conflict can leave us feeling stuck, small, or scrambled. Whether it’s a workplace relationship that constantly pushes your buttons, a conversation you know you need to have but dread initiating, or the aftermath of a disagreement that left things unresolved, conflict has a way of getting under the skin—and staying there.

Conflict coaching is a one-on-one process that gives you time and space to reflect—not react. It’s a pause from the pressure of the moment. A chance to step back and get curious about what’s going on inside: what matters to you, what’s at stake, what you long for, and what the future could hold in this situation, even if that feels far off right now.

But…What is Conflict Coaching?

Conflict coaching is not about learning a perfect script or following a neat formula for "doing conflict right." Instead, it’s a collaborative space where we work together to:

  1. Understand and analyze the conflict—from both your own experience and the perspective of the other person.

  2. Clarify what you want—in the relationship, in the conversation, or in your role in the conflict.

  3. Build practical skills—so you can take steps toward that preferred future with more confidence and care.

You’ll learn how to put words to your experience—something many of us never got taught. We’ll practice expressing what’s going on inside, so you can make it make sense outside, in a way that aligns with who you are and what matters most.

Is Conflict Coaching Right for You?

If you’re here, you may already be holding a lot on your own. Conflict coaching is a place where you don’t have to figure it all out alone, and where your story can be spoken—not judged, not rushed, and not shut down.

Many people come to conflict coaching when they:

  • Are preparing for mediation and want to feel grounded and clear before walking into the room.

  • Want to explore mediation or resolution options, but the other person isn’t willing to meet.

  • Are dealing with an ongoing conflict at work, especially where direct confrontation doesn’t feel safe or possible.

  • Feel overwhelmed or avoidant and want to build the skills to face conflict, rather than freeze or flee.

  • Are curious about how healthy conflict could actually work in their lives—and want to explore how to get there.

Let’s begin…

Conflict coaching sessions are 60 minutes and take place online or over the phone. You can start with a single session, or schedule a series depending on your needs. We’ll move at your pace.

Let’s work together to turn “I don’t know how to deal with this” into “I know where to begin.”
