About Caitlin

I’m a California Bay Area-based mediator and coach with a mission to help others use their strengths to navigate conflict and change in their lives. As a lifelong learner, the human stories I’ve heard along the way enrich my life and give it purpose.

My superpower is an insatiable curiosity about the stories that make our world so rich. My work in African war zones, kindergarten classrooms, maximum-security prisons, innocence projects, Texas courtrooms as well as at my own kitchen table with my little human affirms the commonality of humanity’s trials and triumphs. My friends call me professionally curious. What that means is that I’m an expert listener, problem-solver and advocate. Once you tell me your story, I’m hooked.
