I Don’t Want to Talk About It is my weekly radio show on my local station, KPCA LP, broadcasting live on 103.3 FM in Petaluma, California or live-streaming through kpca.fm on Tuesdays at 2pm PST. Each episode, my guests and I tackle real listener emails about the conversations people are avoiding, dreading, or simply don’t know how to begin. From confronting a neighbor with a noisy rooster to reconnecting with an estranged sister-in-law or addressing a colleague’s curt email tone, we offer thoughtful, practical guidance. We help listeners prepare by exploring key self-reflection questions, brainstorming conversation openers, and sharing resources for deeper insight.
